We built Nemeko because we love running.

We're a team of runners, scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs who wanted to understand running form beyond generic scores and guesswork.

Our backgrounds span machine learning, data science, medical imaging and business. Combined with our own experience as runners, this gives us the perspective to build running analysis that is precise, understandable and genuinely useful.

All you need to know

No, all you need is a smartphone or camera to record a running video. Simply upload the video to the app, and the analysis will be performed automatically.

The app is currently available in German and English.

Yes, our AI is designed to analyse running videos in different environments - whether you're running on a treadmill, in a park or on the street."

No, the app is only intended to support your running technique. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or physical therapy. If you experience any injury or pain, consult a healthcare professional.

Depending on the quality and length of the video, an analysis takes between 60 seconds and a few minutes.

Our app's running analyses are based on general biomechanical principles, but every body is unique, and there is no universally perfect running style. It may happen that a running style that is rated as less efficient in the analysis is still optimal for your body. The results should therefore be viewed as a guide rather than as rigid specifications.
